These terms and conditions apply to all orders from our website shop. By purchasing from our online store you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Methods of Payment

Payment is with order. We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards. We accept payment by Paypal only. Goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been made.

Guarantee & Returns Policy

Faulty products must be reported to us by email or in writing within 7 working days of receipt (maximum 14 days from ordering). We will exchange or replace faulty products at our discretion. If you order an item and no longer want it, you have 7 days from receipt of the goods with which to inform us by email or in writing and return the item in as new condition. Returns outside of this policy are at the descretion of iglou ltd. Costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any cost incured if the item is lost or damaged in transit. If an upgraded postage was paid for on an item that is later returned, we are unable to provide a refund for that portion of the transaction.

Claims for Loss or Damage

Claims for loss or damage to a parcel or its contents must be reported to us immediately by email and in writing within 7 working days of receipt (maximum 14 working days from ordering) to apply for replacement or refund. This is at the discretion of iglou ltd.

Iglou Ltd will not be held responsible for any failed deliveries that are due to the provision of incorrect or misspelled address details. If a delivery is sent to a wrong address by request of the customer and it is not returned to sender, iglou ltd will not take responsibility of replacing the item and will be unable to refund the original purchase price. Items that are returned to sender and need to be dispatched again to a correct address will not qualify for free postage and the customer will be required to pay any additional postage and packaging costs in order to receive the goods. All refunds in this circumstance will be subject to subtraction of all postage and packaging costs incurred by iglou ltd.

Every effort is made to ensure prices and descriptions are correct, however, we reserve the right to change our prices and/or our product range without notice.

Delivery

Free standard delivery is for mainland UK only. Deliveries outside of this area MUST be discussed with us and authorised before an order is placed. Should an order be placed that does not fulfil the criteria for free delivery, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days by royal mail second class post within the UK.

In the event of items being out of stock or unavailable we reserve the right to dispatch part orders. Back orders will be dispatched when the goods become re-available.

Faulty goods or those which are not what you have ordered may be returned for exchange, any problems with orders must be reported within 7 days of receipt (maximum 14 working days from ordering).

Loyalty Card

Any discount or special offer provided to loyalty card holders is at the discretion of iglou ltd and can be removed or amended at any time. Any discount or special offer advertised is effective against the prices found on our website at www.iglou.co.uk. Every effort is made to ensure prices and discounts for our loyalty card customers are correct, however, we reserve the right to change our prices and/or any special offer without notice. Loyalty card prices can not be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
